** Co on Thursday postedHY stat loss after tax A$104.8 million ($74.41 million), compared to year ago profit

** Conducted an A$200 million fully underwritten equity raising at A$0.60 per share, 65.0% discount to closing price on Feb 18

** YTD, BAP shares down 40.8%
