(the Programme)

 

The Transaction Documents have been amended to extend the S&P Pre-Maturity
Trigger from 6 months to 12 months in order to align it with the existing
Fitch Pre-Maturity Trigger and Moody's Pre-Maturity Trigger. The Issuer
considers this to be beneficial from a rating agency perspective.
