Notice of Redemption and Cancellation of Listing to the Holders of

 

GBP 500,000,000 3.750 per cent. Fixed Rate Resetting Subordinated

Callable Notes due 2030 (the "Notes")

 

ISIN: XS2176795677

 

 

Notice is hereby given by Barclays PLC (the "Company") that the Company will
fully redeem all of the outstanding Notes on 22 November 2025 (the "Redemption
Date"), in accordance with Condition 10(c) of the Notes. The outstanding Notes
will be redeemed on the Redemption Date at a price equal to 100 per cent. of
their principal amount plus accrued but unpaid interest from, and including,
22 November 2024 to, but excluding, the Redemption Date (the "Redemption
Price"). The Redemption Date is not a business day and, as a result, the
payment of principal and interest payable on redemption of the Securities will
be made on 24 November, 2025, which is the next succeeding business day,
through the Clearing Systems. Accordingly, the listing of the Notes on the
Official List of the FCA and the admission of the Notes to trading on the Main
Market of the London Stock Exchange plc will be cancelled on, or shortly
after, 24 November 2025.
