Notice of Redemption and Cancellation of Listing to the Holders of
A$250,000,000 Floating Rate Debt Instruments due May 2027
ISIN: AU3FN0060448
(the "Debt Instruments")
Notice is hereby given by Barclays PLC (the "Company") that the Company will
fully redeem all of the outstanding Debt Instruments on the Interest Payment
Date falling on or immediately after 20 May 2026 (the "Early Redemption Date
(Call)"), in accordance with Condition 10.4 of the Debt Instruments. The
outstanding Debt Instruments will be redeemed on the Early Redemption Date
(Call) at a price equal to 100 per cent. of their principal amount plus
accrued but unpaid interest from, and including, 20 February 2026 to, but
excluding, the Early Redemption Date (Call) (the "Redemption Amount"). Payment
of the Redemption Amount will be made on 20 May 2026 in accordance with the
Conditions. Accordingly, the listing of the Debt Instruments on the London
Stock Exchange's International Securities Market (ISM) will be cancelled on,
or shortly after, 21 May 2026.
Terms used herein shall be deemed to be defined as such for the purposes of
the Terms and Conditions of the Debt Instruments (the "Conditions") set forth
in the Company's Supplement dated 18 May 2021 in relation to the Debt
Instruments and the Information Memorandum dated 7 May 2021.
