Barclays PLC (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a person
discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in American Depositary Shares
of the Company (each representing four ordinary shares of the Company with a
nominal value of 25 pence each) ("ADSs") of which it was notified on 10 June
