BARONSMEAD SECOND VENTURE TRUST PLC

("THE COMPANY")

 

The Company was notified on 23 September 2024 that Timothy Farazmand,
Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 5,630 Ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the
Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 57.60 pence per Ordinary
share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Farazmand's aggregate holding of
shares in the Company is 193,248 Ordinary shares, representing approximately
0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
