The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces
that the unaudited net asset value ("NAV") of the Ordinary Shares at 18
January 2024 was 59.25p per share.

It is intended that this NAV as at 18 January 2024 will be used for the
purposes of pricing the first allotment of ordinary shares under the Company's
offer for subscription. This allotment is expected to occur on Friday, 26
January 2024.
