Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

The Company announces that on 11 September 2025 it sold 150,000 Ordinary
shares of 10p each from Treasury, at a price of 50.5 pence per share.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held
in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

 

 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue                                            464,333,731
 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury                                    53,824,320
 Total Voting Rights / Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury  410,509,411
 shares)
