UK's Barratt Redrow keeps annual forecast but says Iran war clouds visibility

April 15 (Reuters) - Britain's largest homebuilder Barratt Redrow BTRW.L reaffirmed its full-year profit and home completion forecasts on Wednesday,  but warned of limited visibility beyond the current fiscal year as the Iran war threatens to push up costs and keep rates high.
