Gold miners rise as bullion prices edge higher

** U.S.-listed shares of gold miners gain premarket, tracking rise in bullion prices GOL/
** Spot gold XAU= up 0.8% at $4,377.32 per ounce and was on track for a weekly gain of 1%
** Gold prices rise for a second straight session, hitting a one-week high, as oil prices fell, while investors kept a close watch on developments in the Middle East conflict
** Top miners Newmont NEM.N, Barrick Gold ABX.TO, B.N up 1.2% and 1.4%, respectively
** South African miners Gold Fields GFI.N, Harmony Gold HMY.N each up ~1%, AngloGold Ashanti AU.N gains 1.3% and Sibanye-Stillwater SBSW.N up 3.2%
** Canadian miners: Agnico Eagle Mines AEM.TO, AEM.N rises 1.5% and Kinross Gold K.TO, KGC.N adds 1.8%
