** Barry Callebaut BARN.S shares fall 15.7% to their lowest price since last November, after the Swiss chocolate maker lowered its operating profit outlook
** The company cut its full-year estimate on recurring EBIT to a mid-teens decline in local currencies, down from low to mid single-digit growth
** "Of this EBIT decline, the majority should be recovered at the profit before tax level but we still see this implying a decline that could be in the region of -5-10% vs guidance for up to double digits prior," J.P. Morgan says
** The broker also points to a recurring net profit of the first half of the year at 9% below a company-provided analyst consensus
** JPM expects the outlook cut to cause a roughly 20% decrease in consensus earnings forecasts for fiscal 2025/26
** Shares are on track for worst day since April 2025 if losses hold
