BASE RESOURCES LIMITED
Acquisition of shares by Director

African mineral sands producer, Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (the
Company) advises that Non-Executive Chair, Michael Stirzaker, has acquired an
interest in 425,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company.

The acquisitions occurred on 20 December 2022 on the Australian Securities
Exchange.  The total consideration paid was AUD 97,783.20, equivalent to an
average price of AUD 0.23 per share.

Mr Stirzaker does not have an interest in any further securities in the
Company.
