BASE RESOURCES LIMITED

Notice of change of interests by Substantial Shareholder

 

Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base Resources) advises that it
has received notification from Sustainable Capital Limited (Sustainable
Capital) that, as at 1 June 2023, Sustainable Capital had increased its voting
power in Base Resources from 277,232,274 ordinary shares to 290,537,049
ordinary shares representing 23.66% and 24.66% respectively of the total Base
Resources ordinary shares in issue. This constitutes a substantial
shareholding for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

Sustainable Capital's interest in 290,537,049 ordinary shares is held as
follows:

The increase in Sustainable Capital's holding for the purposes of the AIM
Rules for Companies was the net result of the acquisition and disposal of
ordinary shares during the period from 6 August 2020 to 1 June 2023.

 

During this period, Sustainable Capital acquired 17,632,045 shares for an
average price of A$0.239 per share and sold 4,327,270 shares for an average
price of A$0.316.
