** The mineral sands developer says its first-half NPAT (net
profit after tax) for 2023 more than doubled to $44.6 mln from
$19.2 mln a year earlier
** Co declared a interim dividend of 2 AU cents per share
** Posts HY revenue of $126.6 mln, up from $104.6 mln a year
earlier
** BSE up 2.2% this year, as of last close
