Notice of change of interests by Significant Shareholder

Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base Resources) advises that it has
today received notification from Regal Funds Management Pty Limited and its
associate, Regal Partners Limited, (together, Regal) that, as at 3 June 2022,
Regal had decreased their voting power in Base Resources to 117,058,834
ordinary shares, representing 9.94% of the total Base Resources ordinary
shares on issue and constituting a significant shareholding for the purposes
of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Regal’s interest in 117,058,834 ordinary shares is held as follows:

The decrease in Regal’s holding for the purposes of the AIM Rules for
Companies was the net result of the disposal and acquisition of ordinary
shares, in each case, on and from 10 February 2020.

Regal disposed 81,658,268 shares for an average price of A$0.229 per share
between 10 February 2020 and 27 May 2022.  It acquired 74,168,093 shares for
an average price of A$0.222 per share between 12 February 2020 and 12 May
2022.
