May 14 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

Amundi AMUN.PA:

   Amundi's CPRAM and BFT IM to join forces to create entity in active management in France. The merger is expected to be finalised by the end of 2025 and will create the 10th largest asset management company in France.

Basic-Fit BFIT.AS:

   Basic-Fit on Tuesday launched a share buyback of EUR 40 Mln, estimated to cover around 2.9% of outstanding shares.

Eiffage FOUG.PA:

The French construction group and motorway concession holder reported its first-quart results on Tuesday.

ECB/VILLEROY:

     There is room for another rate cut by the European Central Bank by the summer, ECB policymaker Francois Villeroy de Galhau said in a French newspaper group interview on Tuesday.

FRANCE/ECONOMY:

France's economy will grow only "slightly" in the second quarter although the outlook is clouded by a string of public holidays in May and by international trade tensions, the central bank said on Tuesday.

MACRON/UKRAINE/RUSSIA:

     French President Emmanuel Macron said on Tuesday he was in favour of imposing new sanctions on Russia in coming days if Moscow failed to agree to a ceasefire, mentioning financial services and oil and gas as possible targets.
