April 10 (Reuters) - Bauer AG  B5AG.DE : 
    * FY total group revenues increased by 3.7 percent to 1.56 
billion euros ($1.67 billion)  
    * FY EBIT of 76.4 million euros (previous year: 30.1 million 
euros) 
    * FY net profit for the period increased to 15.7 million 
euros (previous year: -19.4 million euros) 
    * Dividend proposal for 2014: 0.15 euros per share 
    * Forecast for 2015: group is expecting total group revenues 
of about 1.6 billion euros, profit after tax of about 18 million 
euros to 23 million euros and EBIT of about 75 million euros
