* Says records higher total group revenues and EBIT after
nine months
* 9-month total group revenues rose 5.4 percent to 1.16
billion euros
* 9-month loss after tax 5 million euros
* 9-month EBIT increases from 12.6 million euros to 38.3
million euros
* Has concretized its guidance for financial year 2014
* After-tax profit for FY is likely to come in at lower end
of estimated range of 15 million euros to 20 million euros
* 9-month net profit in construction segment of 2.4 million
euros was recorded for period (previous year: 4.0 million euros)
* Says continues to estimate total group revenues of around
1.55 billion euros and EBIT of around 75 million euros for
current financial year
* Says for 9-month negative net result of -5.0 million euros
was recorded (previous year: -21.4 million euros) caused by
special effects and market disruptions
* Reuters poll average for Bauer Q3 sales was 362 million
euros, EBIT 20.9 million euros, net profit 4.90 million euros
