German stocks - Factors to watch on November 13

FRANKFURT, Nov 13 (Reuters) - The following are some of the 
factors that may move German stocks on Friday: 
     
    LUFTHANSA  LHAG.DE   
    The airline will cancel another 941 flights on Friday due to 
a strike, affecting 111,000 passengers. The cabin crew union 
(UFO) signalled on Thursday a willingness to compromise, saying 
it will make a new proposal on Friday to end the dispute with

    VOLKSWAGEN  VOWG_p.DE   
    The President of Lower Saxony and VW supervisory board 
member Stephan Weil called on the carmaker to quickly name those 
responsible for understating the carbon dioxide emissions and 
fuel consumption of vehicles. "I very much hope that we will 
know very soon who was involved in the manipulation of CO2 
emissions, why and under who's instruction," Weil said, 
according to Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

    The real estate group slightly cut its earnings forecasts 
for 2015 and 2016 late on Thursday due to the impact of lower

    Spain's ACS  ACS.MC  upped its stake in the German building 
company as announced in October and now holds 66.54 percent, it

flats in North Rhine-Westphalia. The issue price was 68.00 euros
