Bausch Health denies report of bankruptcy filing

July 24 (Reuters) - Bausch Health  BHC.TO  said on
Wednesday it was not considering a bankruptcy or insolvency
proceeding of any kind.
    The company also said it will not to provide further comment
on speculation.
