Bavarian Nordic Chair Debruyne to step down after takeover attempt fails
Nov 13 (Reuters) - Bavarian Nordic BAVA.CO said on Thursday Luc Debruyne will step down as chair of the board, days after a takeover attempt for the company by Nordic Capital and Permira fell through. Debruyne will be succeeded by current Vice Chair Anne Louise Eberhard with immediate effect, the company said in a statement.
