    Nordic Capital-led consortium raises takeover price for Bavarian Nordic to $38.94 per share

    Oct 15 (Reuters) - Bavarian Nordic BAVA.CO said on Wednesday a consortium consisting of Nordic Capital and Permira has increased the takeover offer price for the company to 250 Danish crowns ($38.94) per share from 233 crowns.
