** Shares in Valneva VLS.PA rise around 3% after the French vaccine maker entered an exclusive marketing and distribution agreement with Germany's CSL Seqirus
** Under the agreement CSL will start commercialisation of Valneva's three vaccines in Germany
** BNP Paribas' Portzamparc analyst says the agreement solves the problem of a previous collaboration with Bavarian Nordic BAVA.CO, which has become its direct rival in the chikungunya vaccine market
** The company also confirmed its guidance for full-year product sales growth to between 170-180 million euro
** Up to the previous session's close, shares were up 8.6% YTD
