** BAX reports Q1 adj. profit of 55 cents per share, surpassing analysts' average estimate of 48 cents, according to data compiled by LSEG

    ** Co posts Q1 revenue of $2.63 billion, exceeding estimate of $2.59 billion

    **  BAX raises the lower end of its 2025 profit forecast range to $2.47 to $2.55 per share, compared with a prior view of $2.45 to $2.55

    ** Including session's moves, BAX stock up 9.02% YTD
