**AlphaValue raises Bayer BAYGn.DE to "add" from "reduce", saying the German pharmaceutical firm is moving closer to ending its long-running Roundup litigation chapter
** The broker says recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Roundup cases went in Bayer's favour, while Bayer's $7.25 bln settlement proposal is likely to receive court approval in the coming days
** It says reduced litigation uncertainty could help management, likely from 2027, to focus on lowering leverage and reviving growth prospects
** It notes Bayer's 2026 net debt-to-EBITDA remains at 4.7, but says the cleaner investment case could attract potential buyers
**AlphaValue raises its PT by about 10% to €52.7, and ups 2026 and 2027 EPS estimates after better-than-expected Q1 print
