REFILE-Bayer to challenge transfer of Roundup settlement case to California federal court Refiles to amend day reference in paragraph 1 to Tuesday from Wednesday.
FRANKFURT, June 2 (Reuters) - Bayer BAYGn.DE intends to oppose a conditional transfer order for its Missouri Roundup class settlement case to a California federal court, the German company said on Tuesday.
The order "has no bearing on the ultimate decision on the proper venue for the class settlement, which we believe should be promptly remanded to state court by the federal court in Missouri," it said in a statement.
