DIRECTOR DEALING

Secured Fixed Income plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed
that Michael Bayer, a director of the Company, has subscribed for £20,000 of
the 7.5 per cent. sterling-denominated bonds due 2029 to be issued by the
Company on 16 March 2026 as further set out in the table below.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of
the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, as it forms part of UK domestic
