Secured Fixed Income plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed that Lisa Pereira, a person closely associated with Michael Bayer, a person discharging managerial responsibilities for the Company, has purchased 19,500 of the Company's 7.5 per cent. sterling-denominated bonds due 2029, as further set out in the table below.
