    BMW preparing talks with employee representatives, spokesperson says
    BERLIN, June 19 (Reuters) - German carmaker BMW BMWG.DE and employee representatives are preparing talks, a spokesperson for the general works council said on Friday, after the company slashed its profit outlook and vowed to ramp up efficiency measures.
    The spokesperson did not immediately give further details.
