BayWa jumps after first draft of restructuring plan

** Shares in BayWa  BYWGnx.DE  rise around 10% in early
Frankfurt trade after German agricultural group said it can be
restructured under certain conditions
    ** According to the first draft of the restructuring report,
restructuring over a period of several years is the prerequisite
for reorganisation, that could include cost cuts and asset
sales, it said
    ** A local trader says that while shares may initially jump,
the news "does not necessarily exclude a massive dilution for
current shareholders"
