UKRAINE
Ukraine said there is no question of surrendering the city
of Mariupol after Russia called on Ukrainian forces on Sunday to

Germany and Qatar are negotiating a long-term energy
partnership, government officials from both sides said Sunday,
as Europe's biggest economy seeks to become less dependent on

Saturday to crack down on Russian oligarchs who he said were

The SonntagsZeitung reports that cantons have agreed to
allow telecom operators from April to install 5G transmitters in
a fast-track process that cannot be blocked by local appeals; it
cites operators' estimates that 3,000 such appeals are pending.

for re-election to its board of directors, adding the board has

COVID-19 VACCINES
Moderna announced a new supply agreement with the Swiss
