Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2023

 

Further to the announcement dated 28 March 2024, BBGI Global Infrastructure
S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company,
announces that a copy of the Company's Annual Financial Report for the year
ended 31 December 2023 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism
("NSM") and is now available for inspection at

The Annual Financial Report is also available to view on, and download from,
