BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure
investment company, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at
11:00 a.m. (Luxembourg time) on 30 April 2024 in the Juliette room, at the
Hotel Sofitel Luxembourg Europe, 6 Rue du Fort Niedergruenewald, Plateau de
Kirchberg, L-2226 Luxembourg.

 

In connection with this meeting, a copy of the Convening Notice of the Annual
General Meeting, which has been posted to shareholders today, has been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and is now available for
