BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure
investment company, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at
11.00 a.m. (Luxembourg time) on 30 April 2025 at the registered office of the
Company at 6E Route de Trèves, L-2633 Senningerberg, Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg.

 

In connection with this meeting, a copy of the Convening Notice of the Annual
General Meeting, which has been posted to shareholders today, has been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and is now available for
