NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS AND INVESTOR PRESENTATIONS

 

BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure
investment company, will announce its interim results for the six months ended
30 June 2024 on Thursday, 29 August 2024.

 

A Company presentation for analysts and investors will take place on the same
day at 9.00am (BST) via a live webcast and dial in conference call. The
recording of the interim results presentation and slides will be made
available later in the day via the Company website: www.bb-gi.com*
