NOTICE OF FULL YEAR RESULTS AND ANALYST PRESENTATION

BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure
investment company, will announce its annual results for the year ended 31
December 2024 on Friday, 28 March 2025.
