Brief: BBI Development amends Centrum Praskie KONESER project deal

March 6 (Reuters) - BBI Development SA  BBD.WA : 
     
    * Said on Thursday that under the project Centrum Praskie 
KONESER together with its units signed an agreement with an 
investor Liebrecht & WooD changing preliminary investment 
agreement from Aug. 13, 2013 
    * Under the agreement a special purpose unit assigned by the 
investor, K-Invest sp. z o.o., will join the investment and the 
company's units Centrum Praskie Koneser sp. z o.o. and Centrum 
Praskie Koneser sp. z o.o. sp k (CPK) 
    * Under the agreement the parties decided to increase the 
capital for the project Centrum Praskie KONESER via increase of 
CPK capital by 21.8 million zlotys  ($5.8 million) to be 
transferred by Immobilia Fund SICAV SIF and 54 million zlotys by 
the investor 
    * The parties will divide stake in CPK, the company will 
hold 55.54 pct of CPK and the investor 44.45 pct unless the 
investor agrees to further capitalization of the CPL by maximum 
15 million zlotys in exchange for additional 6.1 pct stake
