Brief: BBI Development unit demands K-Invest to put 15 mln zlotys more in CPK project

May 19 (Reuters) - BBI Development SA  BBD.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that its unit, Immobilia Fund SICAV SIF, 
requested that the co-investor of Centrum Praskie KONESER 
project (CPK Project), K-Invest Sp. z o.o, invest additional 15 
million zlotys ($3.83 million) in the project 
    * After the additional investment, K-Invest will raise its 
stake in CPK Project's capital to 50.60 pct from 44.45 pct 
    * The stake of BBI Development in the project will change to 
49.40 pct from 55.54 pct; however it will not not cause any 
changes to the joint control of CPK Project by BBI Development
