April 7 (Reuters) - Be Group BEGR.ST
* BE Group announces rights issue of approximately SEK 250
million
* Says rights issue proceeds will be used to strengthen
financial position, to reduce debt by loan amortization
* Says the rights issue is subject to approval
by the Annual General Meeting (7 May)
* Says the subscription period will run from and including
21 May up to and including 4 June
* BE Group said in full year report it was going to propose
a rights issue of SEK 250 million
