* Q1 net sales rose 16 percent to SEK 1,138 mln (978)
* Q1 operating result improved to SEK 46 mln (-45)
* The underlying operating result improved to SEK 30 mln (9)
* Says prices now appear to have stabilized after sharp rise
towards end of last year and in Q1 of 2017
* Says at same time, assessment is that market demand will
remain good
* Says process of restructuring and improvement within
framework of new organization is expected to progress as planned
and gradually improve group's result compared with last year
