Brief: BE Group Q3 operating loss widens weighed by write-downs

Oct 22 (Reuters) - BE Group BEGR.ST
* Q3 consolidated net sales decreased by 3 percent compared
with same period last year, amounting to SEK 966 million (998)
* Q3 operating result amounted to SEK -117 M (-3), affected
by write-downs of assets of SEK 124 million
* Says demand during Q4 is expected to remain on current
levels as Q3 adjusted for normal seasonal pattern
* Says overall conclusion is that write-downs of SEK 124
million had to be recognized
* Says based on outcome of three first quarters we have
found that parts of our business will not reach targets set for
year
* Says increased tonnage in Sweden and Finland, despite
challenging market
