Jan 4 (Reuters) - Century Sage Scientific Holdings Ltd  1450.HK : 
 * Discloseable transaction in relation to sale and purchase agreement in 
   respect of acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the target 
   company non fulfillment of conditions precedent  1450.HK  
 * Certain conditions precedent as set out in the sp agreement have not been 
   satisfied or waived as at 31 December 2015 
 * Says pursuant to the sp agreement, the vendors shall refund the refundable 
   deposit of hk$20 million 
 * Upon receipt of refundable deposit by co, sp agreement shall terminate and no 
   party shall be liable to any of other parties
