Beacon Energy (AIM:BCE), is pleased to announce that the Company's CEO,
Stewart MacDonald, will provide a live presentation via Investor Meet Company
at 10:00 GMT on 19 March 2026.

The presentation will provide shareholders with an update on the proposed
Acquisition of a significant interest in LNEnergy and the associated
Fundraise, as described in the Company's Admission Document dated 17 February
2026.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions

10:00 GMT on 18 March 2026, or at any time during the live presentation. The
