Notice of AGM

 

Beacon Energy (AIM:BCE), the full-cycle oil and gas company with a portfolio
of onshore German assets through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rhein Petroleum
GmbH ("Rhein Petroleum"), announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at 55 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP
on 18 December 2024 at 10.00 a.m.

The Notice of AGM and associated Proxy Form will be uploaded to the Company's
