Issuance of shares

 

Beacon Rise Holdings plc (the Company) announces that on 14 February 2024 it
issued 58,333 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the capital of the Company at
a price of £1.20 per ordinary share (the Shares).

Following the issuance of the Shares, the Company's issued share capital
comprises 1,180,333 ordinary shares.

The Company intends to apply for the admission of the Shares to the standard
listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to
trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
