Result of General Meeting

 

Beacon Rise Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that, at the Company's
general meeting held today (the "GM"), the resolution put to the meeting (the
"Resolution"), details of which are set out in the GM notice circulated to
shareholders on 4(th) July 2025, was duly passed as a special resolution.
