after co's Oracle  ORCL.N  cloud announcement
    ** Israel-based video software maker said late Tues its
Beamr Cloud solution had achieved Powered by Oracle Cloud
Expertise
    ** Oracle Cloud Marketplace allows its customers to download
compatible applications and services
    ** Beamr said Oracle recognition would enable its customers
to "easily reap the benefits of Beamr Cloud"
    ** About 2.7 mln BMR shares have traded by 7:15 AM ET,
making them among the most active across U.S. exchanges
    ** BMR shares skyrocketed as high as $34.94 on Feb 12 after
co announced joint research with Nvidia  NVDA.O  in meme-like
rally
    ** Beamr has ~15.1 mln shares outstanding and roughly 7 mln
shares of public float, LSEG data shows
    ** Through Tues close, shares have tripled YTD
