Registration of Claims

On 21 December 2022 the above companies (the "Scheme Companies") announced
that meetings of certain of their creditors (for each company, their "Scheme
Creditors") would be held on 11 January 2023 to consider and vote on a scheme
of arrangement for the relevant company (the "Schemes").

Scheme Creditors are reminded that:

·    In order to be able to attend and vote at such meetings, they must
register and submit their voting instructions at
https://i2capmark.com/event-details/84/Holder/petropavlovsk-plc
(https://i2capmark.com/event-details/84/Holder/petropavlovsk-plc) by not later
than 17:00 GMT on 9 January 2023;

·  Distributions under the Schemes will be made to Scheme Creditors who
have provided confirmation of the eligibility of their claim to i2 Capital
Trust Corporation Limited ("i2 Capital") in its capacity as Information Agent
as required by the Scheme documents.

For the avoidance of doubt, registration or the provision of evidence of a
claim (including, without limitation, any holding of the US$500m 8.125%
Guaranteed Notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1711554102) (the "2022 Notes") and US$125m
8.25% Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2024 (ISIN: XS1843433555) ("the 2024
Bonds")) to any other person or party (including Opus Restructuring, any of
the Scheme Companies or Citibank N.A, London Branch as former trustee of the
Notes) will not entitle a Scheme Creditor to vote at a meeting or receive a
distribution under the Schemes. Any Scheme Creditor, including any holder of
the 2022 Notes or the 2024 Bonds which has previously provided details of its
claim or evidence of its holding to any other entity is strongly recommended
to register its claim with i2 Capital at

possible.
