Application for Cancellation

 

Petropavlovsk 2010 Limited (the "Issuer") announces that the court has today
made an administration order appointing Allister Manson, Trevor Binyon and
Joanne Rolls of Opus Restructuring LLP as administrators of Petropavlovsk PLC,
parent company of the Issuer and guarantor of its US$125 million 8.25%
guaranteed convertible bonds due 2024 (the "Convertible Bonds").  The
Issuer's application for the cancellation of the listing of the Convertible
Bonds from the Official List has accordingly become unconditional.
