    ** Brokerage says no reason for shares to remain suppressed
when recent home price are increasing nationally
    ** Lower mortgage rates should aid stock's rise - Wedbush
    ** Brokerage says company on track to accomplish
management's long-term goal of reducing balance sheet debt
    ** Company's stock down ~12% YTD as of Wednesday's close
